Position Objective
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with clients and prospective customers, helping them understand how Cargill Animal Nutrition can provide solutions for them and improve their profitability. Consultants typically specialize in areas of expertise, which include dairy, beef, swine, and retail sales to owners of companion animals.

Summary
As a consultant you will:

* Establish and build effective customer relationships

* Work with customers to enhance the profitability of their business

* Work closely with team members to solve complex customer issues

* Provide communication between the customer and business management team

* Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans

* Implement promotions and advertising

* Provide critical input to the business management team

Requirements

Required:

* 3+ years of sales experience

* Previous educational background or experience working with dairy
Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree
